CANCELLATIONS:

The following scale of charges will be payable depending when the notification of cancellation is received.

This is general policy except peak season and/or otherwise stated.

a)- CANCELLATION FOR TOURS:

If notification of cancellation is received:

   - Before >30 days of arrival       : no cancellation charge, but US$100 is forfeited
   - 14 - 29days before arrival        : Charge 10%
   - 03 - 13days before arrival        : Charge 40%
   - 02 day – No show                  : Charge 100 % 

b)- CANCELLATION FOR HOTEL:

1-     If notification of cancellation is received >14 working days or more prior to arrival: No cancellation charge but US$ 10. 00 per booking is forfeited, Plus a credit card processing fee of 3.5%

2-     If notification of cancellation is received between 7-14 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public Holidays) or more prior to check-in date: Cancellation charge of 10% rate plus a credit card processing fee of 3.5%

3-     If notification of cancellation is received less than 2-6 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public Holidays) prior to check-in date : Cancellation charge of 50% rate plus card fee 3.5 %

4-     If notification of cancellation is received less than 2  working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public Holidays) prior to check-in date: Cancellation charge of 100% rate.

5-     If cancellation is failed to make, full charge of your booking is applied.

PAYMENT METHOD:

Full settlement should be received no later than 21 working days prior to passenger’s arrival. Payment should be made by telegraphic transfer, Internet transfer to our following account detail or other way up to discuss:

NOTE: The bank charge must be born by the transferee, Payment must be reach in our A/C

before guest arrival at least 60 days for Group.

DEPOSITS:

All trips require a non-refundable deposit 30% of tour rate. The deposits will confirm your reservation until 30 days prior to trip departure, at which time the balance of the trip is due. If the balance is not paid in full by the due date, we will regard the booking as cancelled.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

Trip insurance is required for your trips from your country. In the tour rate are not included travel insurance.

TOUR COST:

Tour costs and what inclusion / exclusion are listed on the itinerary for each tour. Unless indicated otherwise on the tour itinerary, the tour fee includes: accommodations in double/twin/triple occupancy and most meals as state in program, transportation during tours, entrances fees, and services of a local tour guide, Tour cost are based in USD and per person. No Refunds will be given for unutilized services.

VOUCHER:

Voucher will be issued by Asia Discovery Tours & Trading Co., Ltd. after the booked trip is confirmed and payment is completed. A service voucher will be sent by email / fax or snail mail to passenger.

LIABILITY:

No refunds nor exchanges can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services which are included in the tour prices but not utilized by the tour member. Asia Discovery is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by passengers. Additional expenses incurred due to delays or postponement, accidents have full travel insurance covered. This is included trip cancellation, medical emergency evacuation, and other coverage Airline schedule, train or Bus timetable and local conditions may affect accommodation and itineraries. Should this occur, Asia Discovery will Endeavour to substitute a suitable arrangement of similar value.

COMPLAINTS / REFUNDS:

Asia Discovery will act as an intermediary between the clients and other services suppliers such as air, train, bus, boat, hotels in the events of any complaint.
