3-    Child policy: 02-11 years
- Share bed with adults: 50% of adult’s rate.
- Extra bed and share room with adult: 75% of Adult’s rate
- Have one bed as adult: 85% of adult’s rate
- 12 Years old = Adult’s rate

4-    Cancellation policy for Tours & Tour Packages Reservations
        - No Show        : 100 % charge.
           - 1-7 days       : 50 % of the tour price.
           - 8-14 days     : 30 % of the tour price.
           - 15-21 days     : 10 % of the tour price.
           - 22 days up     : no charge (for FIT)
        - 30 days up     : No charge (for GIT)

5-    Payment Policy:
    * Full cash up on arrival
    * Transfer by bank must be reach in our account before guest arrival
    1- 14days for FIT booking.
    2- 30days for GIT booking. 
    3- According to discussion.

6-    Transportation: We are going to provide with Good Air Conditioner Vehicle as below setting : 
    -    FIT : 1pax – 3pax    : Sedan 4seat car
    -    FIT : 4pax – 8pax    : Van 15seat
    -    Group 09 – 15pax     : Mini Bus 25seats
    -    Group 16 -  25pax     : Bus 35seats
    -    Group 26 – 32pax up : Bus 45seats

7-    Meal setting : 
    All meal arrangement are booking at some local food restaurant and western food restaurant ( One time traditional dance show with buffet dinner in Siem Reap )
    A-    For guest FIT 1-2pax meal rate are higher than group from 3pax up 2$/pax per meal.
    B-    If you want to add meal to the program please extra by yourself as we noted above.

8-    Hotel booking:
    -    We can confirm you according to room available as your time booking. In case room not available in which hotel that I  state in quotation above, we would change to other hotel that have same category or room rate.
    -    All hotel are consider in local standard (3*, 4*, 5*). Please check website as well.
    -    Please let me know if you want to change to which hotel you know or request. 
9-    Tour guide:
    -    We are going to arranged in English speaking guide that have professional experience and license.
    -    Tour guide will arranged in each area (Siem Reap / Phnom Penh), other province can use tour guide from Siem Reap or Phnom Penh.
    -    Our country available for many languages such as SPAN, RUSSIAN, ITALIAN, GERMAN, FRANCH, VIETNAM, CHINESE…..
